Q: How much is the deposit on a property?
A: Same as a months rent whatever that months rent is for example: If the rent is $800 then the deposit is $800.

Q: Is there a pet deposit?
A: Yes.  It is $200 per pet.

Q: Do you except pets on your properties?
A: On some of them, yes.  Please call for details.

Q: Is the $30 application fee refundable?
A: No.

Q: Do you except HUD?
A: Yes on some of our properties.  Please call for details.

Q: How do you make an appointment to see a property?
A: Just stop by our office anytime between 8:30am and 4:30 pm.  We will need a copy of your driver's license and a $20.00 deposit to get the key.  You will then get your deposit back once we receive the key back.

Q: Can just one adult apply to a property?
A: No every adult must apply that is going to be living on the property.

Q: How do I give 30 days notice to terminate tenacy?
A: You must fill out the Tenant's 30 Day Notice of Termination document and submit it to 1st Choice Property Management.  Notice of Termination
