Keys may be checked out Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm ( no evenings) with picture ID and a $20 refundable key deposit.

Deposits are equal to the rent for that particular unit. We are unable to take payments on deposits from anyone for any reason. They must be paid in full prior to moving in. We charge an additional $200 per pet on those properties that allow pets.

The non-refundable application fee is $35.00 per applicant* payable by money order only at the time the application is submitted. *(Married couples are processed as separate applicants).

All rentals require at least a 6-month lease.

It is the policy of First Choice Property Management, Inc. to issue a rental application to any interested party. Each applicant will be accepted and screened with equal scrutiny.

This screening process may include, but is not limited to, a credit check, current and previous (2) rental references, income verification, and criminal background checks. In establishing the applicant's eligibility, we will compare the rent to income ratio. If it appears that the rent exceeds 30% of the household's total income, the application may be denied.

It is also policy that any information provided that is incomplete, inaccurate, of falsified shall be grounds for instant denial of the application or subsequent termination of tenancy upon determination of such falsified information.

Applications will be processed in the order that they are received. Processing may take 2-4 days or longer in the event rental references are difficult to contact. To guarantee a shorter processing time, please provide accurate and complete information. This includes phone numbers for all rental references and employers.

Upon move in a $75 dollar rekey fee will be charged. This is non-refundable.

We require a conditionally refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. We are unable to take payments on deposits from anyone for any reason. After your application is approved, you will need to bring in the full deposit and sign a "deposit to hold" form. This will be credited to your account. You will then have three days (no exceptions) in which to bring the rent monies. If you are unable to do this, we will refund your deposit, your application will be denied and the next applicant will be processed.
